4. Subscriptions
4.1 Terms
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually

- Cancellation effective at next billing cycle
- No refunds for partial periods
4.3 Payment
- All design services require 50% deposit before work begins
- Final 50% payment due before delivery of completed work

5. Refund Policy
5.1 Web Design and Development
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to commence any design work (including website design, logo design, and other design services)
- Remaining 50% payment due upon project completion
- No refunds on completed custom work
- Project deposits are non-refundable
5.2 Subscriptions
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Hosting charges cease at next billing cycle upon cancellation
